Online Members' Forum? Have questions about your
membership? You've come to the right place!
We'll guide through registering for your new forum
account, give you a tour of the forum, and show you the
most important ways to get going and get networking in
the forum. (You'll want to have a separate browser
window open so that you can log into the forum.)

Just want to create an account and jump right in?
Here's how to...
ENROLL IN THE FORUM in 4 easy steps:
1. Go to this page (and bookmark it for future use):
http://www.positivelywomen.com/forums/index.php
2. Click on
'Register' at the top, center of your screen.
3. Choose your USERNAME and PASSWORD and
complete the form.
4. You'll receive an EMAIL with a special link. Click on
that link to activate your new forum account.
You'll then be able to log into the forum with the
username
and password you created!

Then, here's how to GET STARTED USING the forum:
1. Complete your MEMBER PROFILE by clicking on
'MY CONTROLS' near the top right of your screen. Be sure
to
upload your photo if you have one.
2. Post an introduction in the NEW MEMBER INTRODUCTIONS
forum. We want to get to know you!

Asked Questions about the online forum.
1. I've logged in at the forum, but I can't
access the forum, or calendar, or add my photo, etc...
When you sign up for your forum account, you should
receive an email with a validation link in it. You must
click that link in order to validate your new account
and gain access to the entire forum. If you think you
didn't receive that email, please check your spam
filters to see if it got snagged there, and be sure that
you add info@positivelywomen.com to your "white list" or
address book.
2. I've forgotten my username and/or password to the
forum...
Please be sure to write down your username and password
somewhere!
If you've just forgotten your password, go to the main
page of the forum,
http://www.positivelywomen.com/forums/index.php.
In the red box, on the log-in page, you will see "I've
forgotten my password! Click Here!" Follow the
instructions.
If you've forgotten both your username and your
password, email: info@positivelywomen.com. We will reset your
password, and send you both your username and password.
3. I can't seem to log into the forum with my
username and password...
See questions #1 and 2 above. It might also be the fact
that the username and password are "case-sensitive". If
your username is JaneDoe, you must type in your username
exactly in that way. You cannot type, for instance, type
in janedoe.
4. Where do I find the postings of audio and
transcripts from past Silver Mastermind calls?
Log into the forum, then click on 'Forums' in the top
left navigation menu. Just scroll down the window a bit
until you see the forum titled 'SILVER Call Audio &
Transcript Archives'. Click to open that forum, and
there you will see the audio and transcripts from past
calls.
5. I need the phone number for the next Mastermind
call ...
We always send a reminder message to the group
membership the morning of the Mastermind call. This
message includes the bridge line and the call time.
The Silver, Gold, and Platinum calls and events are
always posted on the forum calendar. The Silver calendar
postings include the bridge line information for the
call. You can access the forum calendar by logging into
the forum, and clicking on 'Calendar' in the top right
navigation menu.
6. I am not receiving Mastermind emails...
Please check your spam filter to see if it is snagging
any of our emails. Next, make sure that you've added
info@positivelywomen.com to your "white list" or address
book. If you're still not receiving our emails, you can
email us at info@positivelywomen.com.
7. How do I change my display name (the name that
everyone sees) in the forum?
Log into the forum and click on 'My Controls' in the top
right navigation menu. On the left column, under
'Personal Profile', click on 'Change Display Name'.
Complete the form.
8. I have a new credit card number that I want to use
for my monthly membership billing...
You can us at 972-680-1932. If you get voicemail, feel
free to leave your new credit card number in your
message. Be sure to include your name, email address,
and the expiration date of your new credit card!
Finally, we love your participation, and we hate to see
you go. However, we realize that sometimes one of our
members must discontinue membership. Here's how...
Send an email to:
